Patriots vs. Bills Anytime, First Touchdown Scorer Prop Bet: James Cook, Keon Coleman, Khalil Shakir

Sunday Night Football's game between the New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills was getting tons of love from gamblers, making this the most wagered on game of the weekend even prior to Saturday's college football games. 

James Cook anytime touchdown and first touchdown prop bet was coming in priced at -220 for an anytime and would pay $500 for every $100 bet to score the first. 

Cook rushed 22 times for 117 yards and a touchdown in a Week 4 win over the Saints, adding 18 yards receiving on three catches.

He handled 22 of the 25 non-quarterback carries in this game, and his touchdown run was a one-yard rush where the Bills opted to go with Cook instead of Josh Allen. Given how explosive Cook remains in the open field, this kind of role on the Bills’ offense makes him a clear RB1 in fantasy. 

Keon Coleman pays $170 for every $100 bet to score a touchdown in Sunday night's game. 

Coleman caught 3-of-4 targets for 45 yards in a Week 4 win over the Saints.

Khalil Shakir caught all five of his targets for 69 yards and a touchdown in a Week 4 win over the Saints and pays out $185 for every $100 bet to score a touchdown in Sunday night's game.
