Tiger Woods opened with payout odds of 7 to 1 at some books to win the 2012 US Open and was now slashed to 10/11 at Sportsbook.

Woods sat atop the leaderboard coming into Saturday’s play.  Jim Furyk was right behind him.

Approximately 20 percent of gamblers had originally backed Woods at Sportsbook coming into the tournament.

“This is not a tournament where we have to make a bunch of birdies. Youve just got to hang in there with a bunch of pars,” Woods said.
