There is little doubt as to what’s hot in the world of gambling this week outside of the World Series of Poker.  Betting will be brisk on both the Belmont Stakes and the Euro 2012.

The Belmont Stakes would typically generate a modest amount of wagering when compared to the first two legs of the Triple Crown, the Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes.  This year is different in that I’ll Have Another stands the chance of becoming the first Triple Crown winner in more than three decades.  His odds still paid slightly better than even at Bookmaker.

The Euro 2012 kicks off Friday and goes right up to July 1.

Poland goes up against Greece in Warsaw on Friday for the first game with Russia meeting the Czech Republic later in the day.

Here were your latest Belmont Stakes 2012 betting odds courtesy of Bookmaker.

How We Follow Horse Racing Has Completely Changed

Horse racing has always been a sport built on routine. Certain days meant certain tracks, the form guide landed when it landed, and if you missed a race, you simply caught up later. Following the sport required a bit of commitment, a bit of patience, and often a bit of guesswork.
