The Minnesota Vikings odds to win the 2009 Super Bowl were listed at +2800 for a chance to win $2800 on every $100 bet at BetUS.com, Next up:  The Philadelphia Eagles who handed the Dallas Cowboys their worst loss ever Sunday afternoon.

Ryan Longwell's 50-yard field goal won NFC North for Vikings as time expired. The Vikings won their division for first time since 2000. The Giants had their three-game win streak in Minnesota snapped and have lost three of four overall while Adrian Peterson rushed for 103 yards, his 10th 100-yard rushing game of the season.

With plenty of practice in dealing with drama, the Vikings rallied past the resting Giants for a 20-19 victory on Sunday afternoon to qualify for the postseason for the first time in four years.

"They had to earn it, as it should be, and that makes it that much sweeter," coach Brad Childress said.

The Vikings will be fortunate enough to play at home in their first post season game.  8 of the last 9 games between Minnesota and Philadelphia have been won at home. That's the good news.  The bad news is that Philadelphia has won their last 4 games against the Vikings. In each of those games, Philadelphia won by a touchdown or more.  The Eagles have in fact beaten Minnesota in 7 of the last 9 games dating back to 1988.

"There is a good reason why BetUS.com has instilled Minnesota with such long odds," commented Gambling911.com sports columnist Don Shapiro.  "This is a team that has looked vulnerable in one of the weakest divisions."

The line on this game was Eagles -3 at BetUS.com.
