With the much anticipated Mayweather vs. Mosley fight taking place at 9 pm EST in Las Vegas this evening, odds have gotten more fluid as action continues to pour in.
Floyd Mayweather was close to a -500 favorite and the line had dropped all the way down to -400 at Sports Interaction.com prior to 6 pm EST.
"These are some of the best odds we've gotten on Mayweather in weeks," said Don Shapiro of Gambling911.com.
Shane Mosley would pay almost $300 for every $100 bet or $30 for every $10 bet with an upset.

Love him or hate him -- and judging by the mixed reaction Mayweather received at Friday's weigh-in before his welterweight fight with Shane Mosley at the MGM Grand (9 p.m. ET, HBO PPV), there are droves of people on both sides of the aisle -- everyone does want to watch him. With 5.5 million pay-per-view buys, Mayweather is one of the most prolific pay-per-view fighters of all time, grossing $292 million in six PPV fights, the kind of numbers that serve to feed his ego.

Why the line is dropping remains a bit of a mystery. Most of the action is coming in on Mayweather. Slashing the odds gets even more money on Mayweather.
The Mayweather vs. Mosley fight completes what looks to be a record setting day in terms of betting, which kicked off with the 2010 Kentucky Derby.
