With just a over a week left until the much anticipated Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Shane Mosley fight slated to go off, news came out Wednesday that one of Mayweather's associates has been indicted for his role in a shooting outside a Las Vegas nightclub last August.

Ocie Harris, 27, faces six felony counts, including two for murder with a deadly weapon.

District Judge Elissa Cadish set bail at $140,000.

Mayweather, Jr. is set to step into the ring with Mosley on May 1 where he is an impressive -477 favorite.
