Carrie Stroup here with your 2008 Week 3 NFL predictions. Here we will examine line movements, where all the action is going and what games are among the most bet on for Sunday's NFL Week 3.

Carolina Panthers vs. Minnesota Vikings - This has been one of the hottest games for sports bettors all week long along with the Dallas Cowboys vs. Green Bay Packers game. Carolina was getting all the love here with 80 percent of the action on the spread and nearly 100 percent of the action on the +145 money line. This is a very live underdog here. Odds on this game have moved up from Minnesota -3 to -3 ½ across the board and now nearly everyone had it back at -3. Gambling911.com has given this one a line of Carolina -1 so there is a strong enough likelihood that the Panthers will win that money line bet and cover to crush the bookies Sunday.

Dallas Cowboys vs. Green Bay Packers - This will be the most bet on game of the week. And even though this is the Sunday night game, it has been getting more bets than any other almost from the start of the week. Dallas was getting about 75 percent of the action. This line has just stayed at Dallas -3 as the road favorite. Gambling911.com, interestingly enough, has a line of Green Bay Packers -1 in this scenario where they are playing at home. Dallas is only 2 points better than Green Bay on a neutral field. As a result, the odds makers are likely to make out well on this game with Green Bay covering the +3 line.

Houston Texans vs. Tennessee Titans - Amazingly, this was one of the more bet on games heading into Sunday, though it wouldn't seem like a huge draw. Tennessee had about 75 percent of the action. Houston Texans vs. Tennessee Titans betting odds had the Titans a -5 favorite at home. Because this line is off by around 5 to 5 ½ points (Gambling911.com would have made the Titans a -10 point favorite at home), these odds are a bit suspect to us, though the underlay could have to do with a perception that Kerry Collins is not considered among the most reliable of quarterbacks. No recommendation here.

Arizona Cardinals vs. Washington Redskins - Even action on the spread but 95 percent of the money line was on Arizona at +140. Gambling911.com actually believes the line should be -5 on this game. We think that the Redskins should cover even if this game has "push" written all over it.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Atlanta Falcons - Atlanta had around 81 percent of the action so the books will need Kansas City here. Atlanta had a line range from -5 ½ to -6 ½. Our line on this game is Atlanta -3 but we would never bet on a team like Kansas City and we're not yet comfortable with the Falcons yet either.

Oakland Raiders vs. Buffalo Bills - 82 percent of the action was on the Bills. The line on this game is accurate based on our findings here at Gambling911.com. We would have designated this game with a line of -10 ½ Buffalo. We are leaning towards Buffalo being able to cover based on the opening line and we really do not see the majority of books offering this one over -10.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Indianapolis Colts - This line is ranging between Colts -4 ½ and -5. Action was pretty even at press time Saturday night. Gambling911.com has determined the line on this game should be Indianapolis -7, and while Jacksonville may be hungry for a win, we believe that the Colts should be able to win by at least two field goals or a touch down.

New Orleans Saints vs. Denver Broncos - Gambling911.com sees a substantial underlay of 4 points on this game with the Denver line needing to be adjusted to -9 ½ if not -10. Denver should cover the -5 line.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Chicago Bears - Gambling911.com detects a rather large underlay in this line since we have Chicago at -9 ½ points. Typically these types of large line discrepancies tend to favor the team that is the underdog. We saw this with Oakland beating Kansas City where that line came out around -9 as well on paper (compared to the much lower line issued on that game KC ended up losing).

Cincinnati Bengals vs. New York Giants - Giants cover -13 line.

Miami Dolphins vs. New England Patriots - New England should be able to overcome the -12 line

Sportsbook.com is offering 5 percent back on all losses through September.
