Carrie Stroup here! Gambling911.com has released its 2008 Week 11 NFL Power Rankings along with odds for each of the top teams and changes from last week courtesy of Sportsbook.com, which was offering future betting odds on teams chances to win the 2009 Super Bowl.

Would it surprise anyone to know that the undefeated Tennessee Titans remain on top of the NFL rankings once again this week and the New York Giants sit in the number two position?  We thought not.

The number in (parentheses) is last week's ranking.

1.     Tennessee Titans (1) - They are still listed with +500 odds at Sportsbook.com!  That's a $500 payout on every $100 bet if they win!  Wow!  I cannot believe these odds are so long heading into Week 11.  Even dropping $10 on the Titans to win the 2009 Super Bowl would pay $50.   What great value.

2.     New York Giants (2) - Still good value here too.  A $100 bet pays $250 if they repeat last year's Super Bowl win.

3.     Carolina Panthers (4) - There is something about these Panthers I just don't trust.  They played Oakland pretty bad despite getting a win.  The oddsmakers don't necessarily trust them either.  A $100 bet pays $1000 if the Panthers should somehow win the 2009 Super Bowl.

4.     Pittsburgh Steelers (3) - Fox Sports writes: Bruised, battered and playing the league's toughest schedule, there's no need to drop the Steelers after a razor-thin loss to the rebounding Colts -- especially since in hindsight Ben Roethlisberger probably should not have played, and especially with so many key starters out with injuries.  They pay $1200 for every $100 bet at Sportsbook.com should they win the 2009 Super Bowl.

5.     Washington Redskins (5) - A win against Dallas Sunday night will certainly solidify their standing.  The Redskins pay $1500 for every $100 bet if they win the 2009 Super Bowl.

6.     New York Jets (10) - One of the hottest teams in the league right now.  The Jets won a good game against the New England Patriots on Thursday night.  Oddsmakers are on notice and have shortened their chances of winning a Super Bowl this season under the guidance of Brett Favre to +1000 for a $1000 potential payout on every $100 bet.  Get these odds before they get slashed further.

7.     Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6) - Here is what Fox Sports had to say about Tampa Bay and its chances as they sit with a 6-3 record heading into Week 11: Jon Gruden presides over the NFL's Island of Misfit Toys, with Mr. Underappreciated at QB (Jeff Garcia) leading an offense without a true go-to guy, anchored by the best defense nobody notices. Chucky's offense should get boosts from the return of Joey Galloway, still getting his sea legs back after returning from injury two games ago, and the expected comeback of former first-round RB Cadillac Williams.

8.     Atlanta Falcons (15) - It's official:  This Falcons team is good and they come into Week 11 with a 6-3 record and odds to win the 2009 Super Bowl at +2500 for a potential to win $2500 on every $100 bet at Sportsbook.com  You gotta love that!

9.     Baltimore Ravens (13) This team continues to play under the radar but they are among the season's big surprises thus far with a 6-3 record and 4 game winning streak playing this week against the New York Giants.  Even with a loss, if the Ravens can hang in here with the Giants, they could find themselves moving up the rankings next week.  They pay $1500 for every $100 bet to win the Super Bowl.

10.  Chicago Bears (7) - They pay a whopping $4000 for every $100 bet if they win the 2009 Super Bowl.  Stranger things have happened....like the Giants winning last year as huge underdogs.

11.  Miami Dolphins (16)

12.  Philadelphia Eagles (8)

13.  Indianapolis Colts (14)

14.  Arizona Cardinals (12)

15.  New England Patriots (9)

16.  Buffalo Bills (11)

17.  Minnesota Vikings (19)

18.  Dallas Cowboys (17)

19.  Denver Broncos (20)

20.  Jacksonville Jaguars (23)

21.  Green Bay Packers (18)

22.  San Diego Chargers (22)

23.  New Orleans Saints (21)

24.  Cleveland Browns (24)

25.  Houston Texans (25

26.  Seattle Seahawks (27)

27.  St. Louis Rams (26)

28.  Kansas City Chiefs (29)

29.  Oakland Raiders (28)

30.  San Francisco 49ers (30)

31.  Cincinnati Bengals (31)

32.  Detroit Lions (32)
