Gambling911.com has your White Sox vs. Royals DFS MLB picks and betting for April 9.

PITCHING MATCHUP: White Sox LH John Danks $6.7K (2014: 11-11, 4.74 ERA) vs. Royals RH Edinson Volquez (2014: 13-7, 3.04 ERA)

The Royals were coming in as favorites of between -135 to -140 across the board.

Danks is a great option as a second pitcher in one’s daily fantasy lineup today, priced at just $6.7K.

The White Sox leftie is 7-0 with a 2.43 ERA in 16 starts against the Royals including a 4-0 mark and 1.73 ERA in 10 outings at Kauffman Stadium.  Only Kansas City first baseman Eric Hosmer has had much success against him.

White Sox 1B Adam LaRoche $4.3K is familiar with Volquez from the NL and is 6-for-17 with two doubles and a homer against the right-hander., thus providing an excellent option for daily fantasy rosters today.

Kansas City relievers have pitched seven scoreless innings and allowed only three hits with six strikeouts and one walk.

The White Sox are a good play today at +125.   The UNDER 8.5 is also favorable.
