Variety Magazine reported Monday that poker pro Mike “The Mouth” Matusow’s life would be made into a film.

The project is currently in development as a biopic by 1984 Professional Defense Contractors.

Matusow is one of the most colorful players in the game having had bouts with drug addiction, sex, promiscuity and other depravities we can’t get into on this family website.

Matusow has also spent time in jail and once attempted suicide.

Still, he’s a likeable character within the poker community and he’s considered among the best players having garnered four World Series of Poker bracelets during his long career.
