Poker player Amnon Filippi will be permitted to travel to Las Vegas for this year’s World Series of Poker but must wear an ankle bracelet.

Filippi awaits trial for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

The 43-year-old poker pro was busted in the Bronx, New York nearly 7 months ago for allegedly operating a marijuana “grow house”.

“This is his job. This is how he earns a living,” his lawyer, Jeremy Schneider, told the Daily News in regard to his participation in national poker tournaments. “Those are the places he works.”

Filippi has won over $3 million on the live poker circuit over the past decade.
