The Denver Broncos vs. Kansas City Chiefs betting odds opened at Broncos -8 ½ and have moved all the way up to -10. SBG Global was offering a line of -9 ½ at press time.

The Chiefs were widely considered one of the worst teams - if not THE worst teams - heading into this season. The Broncos odds to win the 2009 Super Bowl were now listed at +1000 for a chance to win $1000 with every $100 bet. This is the shortest we have seen Denver's odds thus far.

Note that Denver is nearly a -10 favorite playing at Kansas City.

The home team has won outright 9 of the last 10 games. The exception was the last game played in KC. If the Chiefs weren't so bad we would not hesitate to tell readers to place a bet on them.

Assuming Kansas City were to lose, it is hard to imagine them being 2-2 ATS while Denver would slip to 1-2-1 ATS with a 4-0 straight up winning record.

A number of games between these two teams are blowouts.

Gambling911.com believes the line is on the money at -10 but betting on such a big road favorite is not our nature, especially when one considers the past history between these two teams and the home success in nine of the last ten games. Nearly all the early action was on Denver.
