Following a shocking upset win against the Indianapolis Colts during Week 1 of the NFL, the Chicago Bears were given near favorite odds to win the NFC North at +200 for a payout potential of $200 on every $100 bet.

Aside from the Detroit Lions (now listed with +1500 odds), the other two teams in the division are also favored but still pay better than even odds.

The Minnesota Vikings would pay out $160 for every $100 bet. The Green Bay Packers are technically the favorites in the division, paying $120 for every $100 bet.

Coming into the season, the Bears were listed with around 3/1 odds of winning this division, so there hasn't been too much of a change.

Chicago plays on the road in Carolina Sunday as a pretty solid +3 underdog and we haven't witnessed much of a line move anywhere aside from a half point upwards (+3 ½) here and there.

Sportsbook.com has maintained this line at Bears +3. Those of us at Gambling911.com feel the line should be more like -1 for Chicago. Even with some degree of variation, the Bears should be able to cover. The action is relatively even.

Here were your odds to win the 2008 NFC North as of press time September 13, courtesy of Sportsbook.com

Chicago Bears +200

Detroit Lions +1500

Green Bay Packers +120

Minnesota Vikings +160
