Golden Matrix Group (GMGI) has officially entered the U.S. market, marking a significant milestone in its North American expansion strategy. The company operates a game development division Expanse Studios, which features some 50 games, including innovative and crash games.

The U.S. social casino gaming (sweepstakes) market is said to be valued at $5.6 billion and projected by analysts to exceed $11 billion by the end of 2025.

Social casinos, unlike traditional real money live dealer casinos, require the purchase of virtual coins that are then used to play games and buy merchandise on the site.

“This is a significant step for Expanse Studios as we officially position ourselves in the U.S. market," commented Damjan Stamenkovic, CEO of Expanse Studios. "Our games deliver a unique, high-quality experience that sets us apart in this extremely dynamic and fast-growing industry. North America is a key region for our global growth strategy, and we look forward with great ambition to the business opportunities that await us on this continent.”

Golden Matrix Group shares are available for trading through authorized brokers, with the official ticker code GMGI.
