ESPN's Erin Dolan is on fire this season with her NFL picks.  They've gone 23-9.  She's 84-38-1 All Time.

Of course she can't be doing her employer any favors with a record like that.

ESPN owns a sportsbook, ESPN Bet.  If we all followed Erin's picks, we're likely to be dealing with $10 limits on NFL games at ESPN Bet.

Needless-to-say, pro gamblers and other industry luminaries have taken notice.

Pro sports bettor Spanky only responded "LOL".

Gambling attorney Joseph P. Durham, Jr tweeted: "@spanky this record is good.  But we both know it does not come close to the one and only @ChineseMike2 record, that is why I do not even pay attention."

On Erin's own feed, one person suggested these are mostly moneyline bets.  We can't confirm this either way but moneyline bets simply mean she is picking teams to win without having to worry about a cover (we're looking at you Kansas City Chiefs).

In the world of television, "Jimmy The Greek" (real name James George Snyder Sr. ) was the self-proclaimed greatest sports bettor who ever lived back when he was still alive.

A Decade of Debates offered this assessment of the famed sports commentator:

"His winning percentage of his predictions was below average. If you knew nothing about football and picked home teams you would make out better than Jimmy the Greek. The only thing that he's noted for is predicting the winner of the 1948 elections."
