Bet on the Kentucky vs. Texas A&M Game - Bookie Line Analysis

Gambling911.com bookmaking expert Tony Caliente looks at the Kentucky vs. Texas A&M game Saturday, what the line is versus what the line should be.

A victory over No. 24 Kentucky would mean quite a bit for resurgent Texas A&M with the Wildcats visiting Reed Arena in College Station, Texas, on Saturday.

The Aggies come into this game with a 16-8 record Straight Up but are one game below the .500 mark Against The Spread while Kentucky is 17-7 Straight Up and four games under the .500 mark Against The Spread. The Wildcats have only covered the spread in two of their last seven games overall.

While owning a 4-0 record against the Aggies in their last four appearances, one of those games went into OT while the last meeting ended with a Wildcats one-point victory.

The College Basketball Betting Power Ratings indicate Texas A&M should be a -3 point favorite here, whereas the line is -5.5.

The first thing I would review is whether the Wildcats have any significant injuries on their roster.  There are none.  This line is shaded by more than 2.5 points so anticipate a Kentucky cover if not an outright victory.

Kentucky (17-7, 6-5) heads to College Station after suffering back-to-back losses to Missouri and Tennessee. The Wildcats have only lost back-to-back games 10 times during the Calipari era and they've never lost three in a row with him on the sideline.

"The big thing with us is just making sure we stay focused, prepare because this is a hard conference and with a young team were going to experience some tough losses," freshman forward Kevin Knox said. "Make sure that we stay positive and we just keep moving on."
