What the Bookies are Saying: Jets vs. Bucs

Resident bookmaking expert Tony Caliente discusses Sunday’s Week 10 NFL betting action between the Jets and Bucs.

There’s a reason why this line has moved from Tampa Bay -1.5 to Jets -2.5.

Bucs WR Mike Evans has been suspended one game and will miss Sunday's matchup facing off against the Jets following his cheap shot. Furthermore Jameis Winston will not be playing in this game either

Under the best circumstances, Tampa Bay should be a -4 favorite.

The Winston and Evans absence has shed 4 points off the line.  It is hard to see the Bucs playing well this day but there are concerns about the Jets as well.

Rich Cimini of ESPN.com: Predicting the Jets' inactives for tomorrow: RB Matt Forte, QB Christian Hackenberg, CB Derrick Jones, LB Obum Gwachum, C Jonotthan Harrison, WR ArDarius Stewart and CB Rashard Robinson. Analysis: DE Mo Wilkerson, CB Morris Claiborne and G Brian Winters are questionable, but I️ expect them to play. Stewart injured his groin in practice; his spot will be filled by JoJo Natson, just up from the practice squad. Robert Nelson gets the nod over Robinson because he's the backup slot corner.

The Jets are looking to get back to .500 and have one of the best records Against The Spread at 6-2, so definitely not a friend to the books this season.
