Bookies Make Out Like Bandits in Week 4 NFL

Early Week 4 NFL games had the bookies celebrating but with one of the biggest exposures on Denver at -3.5 for the later game.

The biggest early afternoon exposures for NFL Week 4, as reported by Gambling911.com, were Carolina, Detroit and New England.

Not only did each of their opponents cover, they all won.

The Panthers were the 2nd or 3rd most wagered on side after Denver in Week 4 (depending on the book), seeing 75 percent of the action.

Detroit was also seeing around 75 percent of the action in their game against Chicago.

New England was seeing 80 percent of the action but bookies only began offering a line late in the week, thus minimizing the amount of volume that was coming in. Buffalo shut out New England 16-0.

The Jets were also seeing significant action as a +1 home dog losing to Seattle by 10 points.
