One of the most notorious poker players in recent times, Portugal’s Jose “Girah” Macedo, is now reportedly cleaning toilets.

Once considered a "poker prodigy" among other players, Macedo got caught up in an internet cheating scandal that he later admitted to.

In the past year, Macedo has started his own cleaning business along with a group of friends. The business has reportedly made €240,000.

"We have started by cleaning bathrooms and bedrooms on the university campus. In only three months, we have managed to clean over 1,000 rooms," said Macedo. "At the moment, we have many clients and we employ seven people, first we extended the service to kitchens within the campus and then also to apartments off of the campus."
