Victoria Coren has just accomplished an amazing feat as she becomes the first ever poker player to win two European Poker Tour titles.

During her poker career, Coren has amassed $2,146,562.  The UK player has three wins under her belt and 26 cashes.

Coren, who now uses her married name (hyphen) Mitchell, proclaimed on Twitter “"I WON! I bloody WON!!!!!!" after defeating Italian player Giacomo Fundaro.

"People in poker know it's about showing a profit," Coren-Mitchell said as she accepted her trophy.

"The minute I won 8,000 euros (£6,576) it was a good trip. But tens of thousands of people (on Twitter) got behind me. I thought I'd be happy with sixth, but also thought they'd be disappointed."

She added: "I kept calling my husband during the breaks asking, 'Is sixth place all right? Fifth place?'"

Along with Vanessa Selbst, Coren may be considered one of the top female poker players of the modern era.

Coren is not just known in the poker world for her player ability, she is also an industry journalist and broadcaster.
