The Packers-Eagles spread was hovering between -2.5 and -3 in favor of Philadelphia.  A handful of sportsbooks online were offering the line at -2.  The fluctuations should be minor with under 70 percent of the spread betting action on the Eagles.  Close to 80 percent of the money line action was on Green Bay, which would pay out $12 for every $10 bet should they win outright.  Total odds were listed at 46 with more than 90 percent of the action coming in on the OVER.

Philadelphia was already guaranteed a spot in the Playoffs entering Week 17 and rested most of the key starters including Michael Vick.  The Eagles lost 13-14 to Dallas.  It was the Week 16 loss that has some Eagles fans worried however.

The Eagles could have secured a first-round bye with a victory over the Vikings that Tuesday (following a snow delay) and Dallas and with the Chicago Bears loss to Green Bay.

"We don't deserve it after that performance (against Minnesota)," Eagles coach Andy Reid said. "Every phase was terrible. We didn't coach well enough. We didn't play well enough. I'm disappointed in myself. It's embarrassing."

As for Green Bay, they got the job done at home against the Chicago Bears, who essentially had nothing more to play for following a division win.  Still, Chicago came to play against their arch rival in the NFC North and it wasn’t under the 4th quarter that the Packers were able to finally pull away with a win.

"I'm very proud of our football team, just what we've accomplished," Packers coach Mike McCarthy said. "Nothing's come easy for us, and we wouldn't want it any other way."

Green Bay was among the more injury-plagued teams in the league this season.

Gambling911.com has determined that Green Bay should be a 1-point favorite in this game.
