Netflix is looking to put on a show Christmas Day as it aims to attract as many eyeballs as possible for its NFL doubleheader.
The football matchups are semi good, but the halftime show slated for the Lions-Vikings game is can’t-miss entertainment.
Snoop Dogg, Lainey Wilson and your kid’s favorite anime K-POP Demon Hunter band, HUNTR/X, are all on tap for the festivities in Minnesota.
This might rival the Super Bowl halftime show in terms of talent.
Additionally, just as the holiday NFL games have gradually integrated the entertainment off the field, it feels like the majority of college football bowl games need a side schtick just to attract viewers.
The two most talked about bowl gimmicks are the Pop-Tarts Bowl and the Duke’s Mayo Bowl.
Pop-Tarts are placed into the trophy, cooked and them consumed by players after that game.
