The latest Bitcoin casino to hit the World Wide Web, Winna.com, has successfully raised $15 million in seed funding round.

Launched in mid-2024, Winna.com claims to have 10,000 active users.

Its CEO and Co-Founder, Paul Martens, attributes the platform’s success to the unique benefits of cryptocurrency-based gambling. “Crypto casinos like Winna.com offer unparalleled advantages, including transparency through provably fair gaming systems. Players can verify outcomes independently, ensuring fairness,” Martens stated, according t0 Crowdfund Insider.

The online gambling site offers a unique array of games not always found on internet casinos such as Mines, Plinko, Roulette, Blackjack, Keno, and Dice.

Mines, also commonly known as "Minesweeper," is a logic puzzle video game where players must navigate a grid of squares, some of which contain hidden "mines," by clicking on squares to reveal them without detonating any mines; the game provides clues about the number of neighboring mines to help players identify safe squares and strategically avoid the mines to win.

Plinko is a game of chance where players drop a disc or ball down a board with pegs and watch it bounce until it lands in a slot at the bottom.

The platform plans to leverage its recent funding to expand its gaming portfolio, particularly with player-versus-player (PvP) games, all while maintaining a notably low house edge of 1%.

With offices in Costa Rica and Switzerland, the platform is strategically positioned to lead the crypto-gaming revolution. “We aim to redefine online gaming with innovative games, a standout VIP experience, and an unwavering commitment to trust and transparency,” Martens added, underscoring Winna.com’s vision for the future.

By combining cutting-edge technology with a strong focus on user satisfaction and fairness, Winna.com continues to set new standards in the online gaming world, attracting a growing community of players drawn to its unique crypto-first approach.

The Winna.com domain name was the sold for $60,000.00 at Afternic back on October 7.  It was the highest price paid for a domain on this day.

While the casino games are available to those living in the U.S., its sports betting platform is not.

Winna.com also utilizes Evolution Malta, which is the subject of an UK Gambling Commission probe.
