Kaizen Gaming Acquires GameplAI to Accelerate AI‑Driven Sports Trading Innovation

Athens, London, March 10th, 2026 – Kaizen Gaming, one of the world’s leading GameTech companies, announces today the acquisition of GameplAI (“GP”), the AI-driven sports trading and analytics provider. As part of the agreement, Kaizen Gaming will integrate GameplAI’s features to enhance its proprietary capabilities across sports trading, player markets and performance analytics for its premium igaming platform Betano.  

The acquisition strengthens Kaizen Gaming’s commitment to investing in technology, data science and AI-driven solutions to further elevate its sportsbook offering. By integrating GP’s proprietary technology and expertise into Kaizen Gaming’s sports and trading operations, the company aims to accelerate automation, enhance risk management tools and amplify its tier-one sportsbook experience globally.

GP will retain and continue to operate its B2B business, servicing existing and future external partners. Its founders and team will continue to play an active role, ensuring continuity and supporting the next phase of growth under Kaizen Gaming’s ownership.
