Jim Harbaugh won the NFL Coach of the Year Award in 2011, and his older brother John won it in 2019.
Which one will get bragging rights for their second award at the family reunion picnic?
The oddsmakers at BetOnline.ag have opened Coach of the Year Award odds for the upcoming season and the newest coach of the New York Football Giants, the elder Harbaugh, is the favorite.
We often see first- or second-year coaches win the award. Mike Vrabel won last year’s award in his first season with the Pats, followed by Liam Coen is his first year ever as a head coach, Mike MacDonald in his second year-ever as a head coach and first-year ever head coach Ben Johnson.
Of the top nine favorites, only John’s brother, Jim, has been with his current team more than two years.
