A person of interest has been arrested for throwing a sex toy onto the court of a WNBA game, and this could potentially throw a wrench into the extensive WNBA dildo betting menu now available at BetOnline

A green sex toy, quickly identified as a dildo, was thrown onto the court of a WNBA game between the Golden State Valkyries and Atlanta Dream earlier this week.  Another one of the same color was thrown onto the court of a game between the Valkyries and Chicago Sky Friday night.

A dildo is a sex toy that is sold in varying sizes designed to resemble a penis and is typically used for sexual stimulation with or without a partner or partners.

The league confirmed the arrest of an individual suspected in the first incident but did not provide any further details.

In addition to criminal charges, the WNBA promised immediate ejection and a minimum one-year ban for anyone who throws an object onto the court.

“Any fan who intentionally throws an object onto the court will be immediately ejected and face a minimum one-year ban in addition to being subject to arrest and prosecution by local authorities,” the league wrote. “The safety and well-being of everyone in our arenas is a top priority for our league. Objects of any kind thrown onto the court or in the seating area can pose a safety risk for players, game officials, and fans. … The subject involved in the incident in Atlanta on Tuesday has been arrested.”

Security officials were reportedly spotted questioning fans at the 200 level of the Sky's Wintrust Arena on Friday, so the league or authorities could be in the process of identifying that fan as well.

For those still looking to place bets on the color of the next dildo thrown on the court and even how it will be removed, BetOnline enhanced its offerings.

There have been three pivotal points for the WNBA over the past couple of years.

First it was Caitlin Clark. Then it was Angel Reese.

Now, it's green dildos, which actually have their own category:
