Professional sports bettor Gadoon "Spanky" Kryollos of our native New Jersey asked his thousands of followers on Twitter (45,000+ to be more precise) to post screen shots of their outrageous limits being imposed by U.S. regulated sportsbooks.

The results were jaw dropping, to say the least.

We here at Gambling911.com just wanted to note that these stifling limits are creating a cottage industry offshore with a handful of companies like Bet Amapola advertising their super high betting limits.

Spanky tweeted (and Gambling911.com readers are encouraged to provide their own screenshots to his Twitter feed):

"Need your help. If you’ve been limited to a stupidly low amount at any regulated sportsbook, please post screenshot of the low amount in this thread. Thanks"

Despite Massachusetts regulators calling a hearing on the subject of draconian limits, it doesn't appear to be in most of these companies DNA to stop with the lunacy.

The majority of early screenshots were provided by customers from BetMGM, Fanatics and DraftKings.

One follower posted that the maximum stake on the Maine @ Duke college football game Saturday was a mere $26.99.

It's not immediately clear where this individual placed that wager.

Professional Dumbass wasn't sure if his minimum bet allowance of $25 from Fanatics even qualified as "stupidly low" - they are.

And the winner is....OMGittsBIGT's "big boy limits".

His were set at - get this - $1.03.

The payout on what was a 4-team parlay would have been a whopping $13.45.  That won't even fill your gas tank.

Spanky is also the proprietor of the popular line service SpankOdds and organizer of the annual Bet Bash networking event.
