They have only lost one game thus far this season, yet because there are two undefeated teams in the league, the Minnesota Vikings odds to win the 2010 Super Bowl have great value.

Bookmaker.com has listed the Vikings with +375 odds of winning the Super Bowl.  That translates into a payout of $375 for every $100 bet.

Sunday night they play an Arizona team that continues to play inconsistent football and could be without its star quarterback (and the only quarterback on this team capable of going up against Brett Favre), Kurt Warner.

The "Favre Factor" has been telling.

From NFL.com:

"Favre's presence has lightened the load somewhat on Peterson to have to gain huge amounts of yardage, but it has helped him score more touchdowns. Now that Chris Johnson has started to make his claim for being potentially the best running back in the league, it is Peterson's turn to show he is still the premier rusher against the team Johnson torched for 154 yards last week."

In our opinion, the Vikings represent the only legitimate competition for the New Orleans Saints in the NFC.

With the first snap he takes, the 40-year-old Favre will set the NFL record for consecutive games played by non-kickers at 283. He matched former Vikings defensive lineman Jim Marshall for the record last Sunday in a 36-10 win over Chicago.  He passed for a season-high 392 yards and three touchdowns.

The Minnesota Vikings will clinch the NFC North if they win Sunday and Green Bay loses to Baltimore on Monday night.  If this happens, the Vikings odds to win the 2010 Super Bowl will likely be slashed further so we suggest locking in the +375 number now for the best payout possible.
