The Kansas City Chiefs will enter Thursday night’s game against the New England Patriots as a +8 underdog.   

What to Watch With the Kansas City Chiefs This Week

Under head coach Andy Reid, the Chiefs have won 44 games and have never been this big of an underdog. 

SportsLine Senior Analyst Larry Hartstein points out that the Chiefs did lose Spencer Ware but, perhaps more importantly, the Patriots lost Julian Edelman. 

“I think that is a bigger loss for New England,” Hartstein suggests.  “Without Edelman, the Chiefs might be more focused on stopping Gronk,” he added in reference to the Patriots star tight end Rob Gronkowski.
