Having passed his physical, NFL player Brian Westbrook is mulling over whether he will play this upcoming season in St. Louis for the Rams, a team that won only two games in 2009.

Despite picking up Sam Bradford during last week's NFL Draft, the Rams would pay a whopping $15,100 for every $100 bet if they were to win the 2011 Super Bowl.  Sportsbetting.com was offering those odds.

"He wanted to go back [home] and think it over," Rams general manager Billy Devaney stated in regard to Westbrook's decision. "We're just taking it one step at a time right now."

The 30-year-old Westbrook was released by the Eagles in February after an injury-plagued 2009 season.

After his release, Westbrook said he hoped to play football in 2010.

"My plan is not to retire," Westbrook told Philadelphia radio station 97.5 The Fanatic the day after his release by the Eagles. "My plan is to continue to play football."

Westbrook led the NFL with 2,104 yards from scrimmage in 2007, but missed eight games last year with a pair of concussions and an ankle injury while scoring only two touchdowns.

The Rams continue to be a work in progress.  Bradford is not expected to make an immediate impact, however, Westbrook could help the Rams chances to achieve more wins.
