Online Bookies: Is It Time to Branch Out On Your Own?

The pay per head industry is such that anyone with a great work ethic can become as successful as he or she wants to become.

This includes not only master agents, but it includes subagents as well. Should subagents branch out on their own? Any subagent considering such a move must answer 3 key questions.

How Big is Your Personal Customer List?

What’s a personal customer list? As an online bookie subagent, your personal customer list is whomever you bring to the table.

Agents are part manager, part salesperson, part customer service rep. Agents do it all. The sales part of the equation is why a master agent wished to work with you in the first place.

Whichever customers you brought to the master agent’s business are part of your customer list.

You should protect those customers. Insist that you provide them with customer service while you’re a subagent.

How big is that customer list?  Do you provide wagering services to enough customers to branch out on your own?

No Hard Feelings?

Remember that as a subagent, you’ve been working with a master agent.

Per head agents must get a feel for how the master agents they work with might react to them not only creating their own PPH businesses, but also taking some of their customers with them.

Perhaps, you work with a master agent that encourages you to step out on your own. There is such a thing as a master agent mentor.

Other master agents might not care so much. Still, other master agents figure to care quite a bit.

Are you Ready to be a Master Per Head Agent?

This is the most important question. A subagent’s job is more about customer service than anything else.

Subagents don’t necessarily care as much as master agents about revenue and turning that revenue into profit. Most subagents have never forecasted.

Are you ready to become a master agent? The online bookie agent business can be incredibly rewarding because it allows individuals to communicate with other individuals daily.

That interaction is gone in most jobs.

Master agents don’t always have the time for that type of interaction.

Do you want to spend most of your time studying reports, trying to build your business, looking for subagents to hire (eventually!), and having tough discussions with customers?

If you don’t, becoming a master agent might not be the best course of action. If you are ready, go for it! 7

Owning your own business brings with it a ton of responsibility. But, it can also be the most rewarding thing you do for yourself.

If you’re ready to become your own boss, start with the right software. PayPerHead.com is offering their prime packing for half the price.
