Tigers Woods odds to win the Masters 2018 were set at 10/1.  He was a co-favorite with Jordan Spieth.

“I have not found one touring pro that thinks [Woods] is going to win Augusta,” Woods’ former coach, Hank Haney, said recently on his SiriusXM PGA Tour radio program. “Matter of fact, they think it’s a joke that he’s the favorite.”

Woods’ shaky driving has a lot to do with the naysaying.

“Why [do his peers scoff at Woods’ chance this week]?” Haney asked rhetorically. “Because you can’t hit irons at Augusta.”

Woods currently ranks seventh on tour in strokes gained so far in 2018.
